Most of the time, what we don't know is that these happen unconsciously and these stem from the traumatic experiences that we had in our life which are not yet resolved. Hence, therapy is the space to take a hard look at them, and help ourselves in working on it which could enhance our psychological flexibility and help in integrating the trauma. And through that we can actually regulate our nervous system and come out of that survival mode which was created by the traumatic experiences. Accumulating knowledge solely doesn't help in doing that. That's where resolving the trauma needs to be done in a therapeutic environment with the help of a professional.

Integrated trauma recovery is a holistic approach to healing from trauma that combines psychotherapy with lifestyle changes and other techniques. The recovery goals include the work of a multidisciplinary approach by integrating trauma recovery both physically and psychologically. Currently the services we provide include health consultations and providing workshops, but we plan on diversifying the approach to more arenas.

Most of the issues seen in our children can be corrected through guided parental involvement. We provide counseling, training through seminars, workshops, articles and videos for parents on how this is possible.
